Great article! I often hear from small businesses that it is difficult to "get good help", even now. I am not sure who is at fault most, employers or individuals. I believe individuals need to manage their careers like an entrepreneur with marketing skills, money management, be service oriented to their employers like a small business, and be problem solvers where they work. We need to teach these things to the young while also teaching coaching skills to management. If people are hungry, know how to work and solve problems they should be coachable.
